Is the Zid or Salla subscription included?
No. You pay the platform directly in your name so the store stays yours; we help you pick the right plan.
Is the ad budget part of the marketing plans?
No. You pay the ad platforms directly; we run and optimise the campaigns. We recommend at least SAR 1,500 a month to start.
How do I pay?
Projects are paid in instalments (usually 50% to start, 50% on delivery); monthly plans are paid monthly. Every payment gets a tax invoice.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown exclude 15% VAT.
How do I get an offer's price?
Send the request from the offer page before the countdown ends and the price is locked, even if work starts later.
Can a package be tailored to me?
