AI & Automation Engineer

About the role

You'll build the AI and automation solutions we deliver to clients: assistants that answer from company data, WhatsApp bots, and automation flows that connect systems and save hours of manual work.

Responsibilities

• Design and build assistants powered by LLMs and the client's data
• Build automation flows and system integrations via APIs and webhooks
• Develop WhatsApp bots for replies, qualification and follow-up
• Prepare data and documents for smart retrieval (RAG)
• Measure and improve answer quality, and monitor cost and performance
• Document solutions and train client teams to use them

Requirements

• At least 2 years of programming in Python or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with AI model APIs (OpenAI, Claude or others)
• Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make or similar
• Able to turn a client's need into a clear, practical solution

Nice to have

• Vector databases and semantic search
• WhatsApp Business Platform experience
• Arabic text processing
