About the role
You'll study how our clients work and turn repetitive manual tasks into flows that run on their own — forms, approvals, reports and notifications — using modern automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze manual processes and propose what to automate
- Build automation flows on n8n, Make and Zapier
- Connect tools: Google Workspace, CRMs, spreadsheets, e-mail
- Monitor flows, handle errors and document them
- Train client teams on the solutions
Requirements
- At least 2 years with automation tools
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks and JSON
- Logical thinking and process analysis
- Basic programming (JavaScript or Python)
Nice to have
- Adding AI models inside flows
- ERP or accounting systems
