About the role
You'll sit with our clients to understand how they work and what holds them back, then turn that into clear requirements and user journeys the team builds from.
Responsibilities
- Run client workshops and gather requirements
- Map current and future processes
- Write requirement documents and user stories
- Make sure the delivered solution matches the need
Requirements
- At least 3 years of business analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation in Arabic and English
- Process mapping (BPMN or similar)
- Good understanding of the software development cycle
Nice to have
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
- Government or enterprise experience
